At AFC Fawley Falcons, we believe every child deserves the chance to enjoy the beautiful game. Our PAN Disability Football Team is open to children aged 8–12 with physical or non-physical disabilities, learning difficulties, or any additional needs.

At AFC Fawley Falcons, we believe every child deserves the chance to enjoy the beautiful game. Our PAN Disability Football Team is open to children aged 8–16 with physical or non-physical disabilities, learning difficulties, or any additional needs.
Whether your child:
- Needs extra support,
- Cannot access mainstream football,
- Has lost confidence in a mainstream setting and needs time to thrive again,
- Is recovering from injury,
- Or simply wants to enjoy football in a more flexible, inclusive environment, we’re here to help them feel welcome and supported.
Our small-sided 5-a-side to 7-a-side adapted games are designed to build confidence, skills, and friendships in a fun, safe, and encouraging space. And remember: joining our PAN team doesn’t mean giving up mainstream football. Players can move between teams as needed, and some may already be signed to a Fawley Falcons mainstream team while they rebuild confidence.
Led by experienced and passionate coaches, we offer a supportive environment where every child can grow at their own pace.
